You followed the plan.

You hit the milestones.

So why does it still feel like something's missing?

You can close the deal, run the household, hold it all together — and still feel like you're outperforming your own life.

You've built a career, or a business, that looks successful. Now it's time to build the one that's actually yours — with the income, the influence, and the freedom to match it.

Because success should feel as good as it looks.

Hi, I'm Juliana

As a Success Expansion Coach and I help high-achieving women turn what they're already great at into more income, influence, and freedom — whether that's growing their own business or stepping into a bigger leadership role, without losing themselves to get there.

Twenty years ago, I packed my life into one suitcase and boarded a one-way flight from Brazil to the United States.

Everyone around me kept asking, "What if it doesn't work?"

But I couldn't stop asking myself a different question.

What if I stay?

Staying in a life that no longer fit felt far riskier than starting over. So I left. And that one decision changed everything.

Over the next two decades, I became a Nurse Practitioner, grew into executive healthcare leadership, and built what most people would call a dream career. I led incredible teams. I hit every metric that mattered. I was, by every measure, succeeding.

And I was quietly exhausted by the gap between how my life looked and how it actually felt.

That's when I realized something I couldn't un-know:

Success means very little if you have to abandon yourself to achieve it.

So I made another brave decision. I walked away from the title I'd spent years building — not because I failed, but because I finally remembered what I actually wanted.

That's why I created Bold & Balanced™.

Today, as a Success Expansion Coach, I help the ambitious woman do the same — not by leaving her career, but by leaving behind the beliefs, the disconnection, the perfectionism, and the self-doubt that have been keeping her playing small, whether she's building a business, climbing higher where she already is, or both at once.

Because the life you're madly in love with? It doesn't start when you achieve enough.

It starts the moment you stop asking "What if it doesn't work?" — and start answering "What if I stay?" with everything you've got.

You have permission to want it all — and be whole while you build it.

Why this works

Here's what actually makes this different, and it's worth saying plainly instead of hiding it.

I spent two decades in executive healthcare leadership — leading real teams, turning around an underperforming clinical division to a national ranking, doing the unglamorous, on-the-ground work of culture change. I don't teach leadership theory. I've done the job, at the level you're trying to reach.

As a nurse practitioner, I understand the nervous system clinically, not as a borrowed buzzword. When I talk about regulation, about a body stuck in survival mode, about why willpower alone can't get you past a pattern — I have lived that, I have learned from trial and error, and now I bring it to you.

I am the bridge — between the science and the energetic, spiritual side of this work. Most people think you have to choose one or the other. I don't.

And that's the third piece: I can feel when someone is out of alignment before you can name why — whether you want to call that energy work, the quantum field, or just twenty years of reading rooms and people. I know the difference between a woman who's stuck because she hasn't found the right move yet, and a woman who's stuck because some part of her doesn't yet believe she's allowed to have this. Most coaches can only work with one of those. I work with both, and I know which one we're actually solving for.

That's the combination: a leadership track record that's been tested in the real world, a clinical understanding of why the body resists change, and the ability to see the real block — even when it isn't the one you walked in with.

And here's the part that matters most: a good coach is someone you need less and less over time — not someone you keep coming back to just to function. My job is to help you hear your own answers again, clearly enough that most days, you don't need me standing next to you. And on the days you want a tune-up — a gut check, a mirror, a reset — I'm still here for that. That's the actual product. Not me. You, fully back in charge of yourself.

You're not stuck because you're not trying hard enough.

The version of you that got here was built for survival, achievement, and proving.

The version who gets you where you're going will be built on trust, alignment, and wholeness.

Does this sound familiar?

  • You've built the career, the income, the life — and still feel like something's off

  • You make decisions for everyone else, but you've lost touch with what YOU actually want

  • You feel like you're performing your life more than living it

  • You know you're capable of more, but something keeps pulling you back

  • You're exhausted by your own standards — but you don't know how to stop

That's not a productivity problem.
That's a disconnection from yourself.

What if staying is the biggest risk?

  • Another year of outperforming at work while underinvesting in yourself.

  • The people you love getting what's left of you instead of the best of you.

  • Decisions made from fear, people-pleasing, or autopilot — not from who you really are

  • The version of you that's waiting — more aligned, more present, more free — stays waiting

The gap between where you are and where you want to be doesn't close on its own. Nothing changes until you choose differently.

When we work together,
Business and Wealth
stop being something you chase

I'm not here to help you become someone else.

I'm here to help you stop negotiating yourself down — in the salary you accept, the price you charge, the room you shrink to fit.

Your greatest strength isn't found in pushing harder or chasing the next milestone. It's found in trusting yourself enough to ask for what you're actually worth — and believing you'll still be standing if the answer is no.

My work blends business strategy, wealth expansion, identity work, and nervous system regulation — not because it sounds impressive, but because strategy alone has never closed the gap for the woman I work with. She already knows what to do. What's actually in her way is rarely fear that looks like fear — it's perfectionism, the endless polishing, waiting for the ‘right’ moment to launch. It's fear wearing a more flattering name. Once she can see it for what it is, it stops running the show.

Anyone can have a great idea. You can probably build it, too — the offer, the program, the plan. The part that gets hard is what comes after: launching it, becoming visible with it, and turning that visibility into paying clients. That gap — between building something and someone actually buying it — is exactly the work we do together.

Whether you're an executive ready to own your worth, an entrepreneur ready to charge what you're actually worth, or a leader ready to stop asking permission — my mission is the same:

To help you build the business, the wealth and the confidence that don't require you to shrink to get them.

That's the relational side of it, alongside the building, the launching, and the being seen. I'll challenge you when you need honesty, support you when you need it, and remind you what you're capable of when you've forgotten.

Because the next version of you isn't someone you have to create.

She's someone you get to become

— richer, freer, and fully yourself.

How I Support You, Ready to Rise

Build the Offer Only You Could Create

Turn what you already know into something people pay for — instead of waiting to feel 100% ready to sell it.

Walk Into the Room Like You Belong There

Stop performing confidence and start feeling it — in the meeting, the pitch, the introduction that used to make you shrink.

Make the Ask You've Been Avoiding

The raise. The client. The partnership. The boundary. Say it out loud instead of rehearsing it for the hundredth time.

Build Wealth That Feels Like Freedom

Stop treating money as something you have to earn permission for, and start building it like it already belongs to you.

Create Change That Actually Sticks

Not another burst of motivation — a version of you who doesn't go back to old patterns the moment things get hard.

You don't have to keep holding it all together alone. The support you’re looking for begins with one conversation.

The woman you've been waiting to become isn't somewhere far away. She's already here. She's just been waiting for you to stop shrinking and start listening. You have permission to want it all — and be whole while you build it.

You don't need to walk in with it already figured out. Most of the women I work with didn't either — they just knew something in them hadn't found its shape yet. That's usually where we start.
